Huey, Dewey, Louie + Webby Model Sheet

Part 3 of a series of model sheets I did for some Ducktales tryouts that didn't go much of anywhere.

This was me trying my hand at the nephews (Huey, Dewey, Louie plus Webby - who is not a nephew but follows the same formula). They're the simplest character designs of all the ducks, yet they are deceptively harder to do. You can't just slap a beak on a round head and call it a day and their bodies are not structured like Scrooge and Donald. The feet are smaller, the beaks are smaller, and spacing on the eyes has to be just right so that they don't look wall-eyed.

I had a surprisingly hard time making sure I got them just the way I wanted them to look.

Webby doesn't get her own model sheet because true Barks Duck fans know she's the cheaper, girlier imitation. But she has her own charm AND at least she's not Bubba Duck. BLEAH.
